Cajamarca is a beautifully balanced medium roast from the highlands of Peru, produced using the traditional washed process to highlight clarity and brightness in the cup. It opens with a crisp green apple acidity that brings a refreshing lift, followed by smooth notes of toasted hazelnut and a rounded milk chocolate sweetness. The result is a clean, approachable coffee with a silky body and a gently lingering finish—equally at home as a vibrant morning brew or a comforting afternoon cup. This coffee works really well with milk.
